About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain real-world HR experience and understand the complete employee lifecycle within a growing technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Assist in employee onboarding activities.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
HR Operations
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Maintain employee files and documentation.
- Assist in updating HR policies and records.
- Help in preparing reports related to recruitment and HR activities.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing events, celebrations, and HR initiatives.
- Support employee communication and internal announcements.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Basic understanding of Human Resource Management concepts.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
