Hiring: Retail Billing & Store Sales Executive
Location: Kiit Sqaure, Bhubaneswar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Billing & Store Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer billing, assisting customers with purchases, maintaining store operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing and invoicing using POS (Point of Sale) software.
- Process cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments accurately.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well organized.
- Monitor inventory and report low stock to the Store Manager.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare daily sales and billing reports.
- Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 2 year
- Basic knowledge of POS billing software and MS Office
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic mathematics and cash handling skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
