Job Description
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable / O2C Executive to manage payment follow-ups, SAP entries, invoice reconciliation, and e-commerce portal monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment follow-up from Modern Trade & E-commerce customers
- Payment allocation and posting in SAP
- Monitor e-commerce portals for unpaid/pending invoices
- Collect POD from depots and share with customers
- Monthly reconciliation of customer accounts
- Claims verification (price difference, promotions, etc.)
- Update sales returns on daily basis
Skills Required
- MS Excel & MS Office
- SAP (preferred)
- Email communication
- Good coordination & follow-up skills
Eligibility
Graduate (B.Com preferred), 3–5 years experience in AR / Billing / O2C / FMCG / E-commerce
