Job Purpose
The Senior Executive – HR & Payroll is responsible for executing HR operations and payroll activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing attendance and leave administration, and preparing HR MIS reports.
Major Accountabilities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Support workforce planning activities and maintain updated Job Descriptions for all positions.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and documentation for full-time, part-time, and contract employees.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and smooth joining formalities for new employees.
- Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process and maintain related documentation and records.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
- Handle exit formalities including clearance procedures, exit interviews, Full & Final Settlement coordination, and employee documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and track employee training and development programs based on organizational requirements.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and time management data through the HRMS system.
- Verify attendance logs, resolve discrepancies, and generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Maintain employee master data, personal files, and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Address employee queries and grievances and support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, overtime, arrears, new joiners, separations, and unpaid leave.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Support statutory compliance and maintain payroll-related records and documentation.
- Prepare monthly HR and Payroll MIS reports including headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, and payroll reports.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements and support internal and external audits.
- Assist in manpower budgeting and maintain manpower-related reports and data.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Complete tasks, reports, and assignments as directed by the HR Manager and Corporate HR team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
