About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Recruiter who wants to learn and grow in U.S. IT recruitment. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or career switchers.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in sourcing candidates for IT roles
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Communicate with candidates and keep them updated
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support senior recruiters in daily hiring activities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in recruitment and people interaction
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Willingness to learn U.S. hiring processes
- Basic understanding of IT roles (training provided)
- Positive attitude and consistency
