Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer – Civil to supervise construction activities, monitor site progress, coordinate with contractors, and ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
- Check quality of work and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site updates.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Verify measurements and support billing/BOQ activities.
- Ensure timely completion of work within project schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read construction drawings and BOQ.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Problem-solving and team management skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 1–7 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision
Preferred Industry:
- Construction / Interior Fit-out / MEP / Infrastructure
Salary:
- Based on experience and company standards
