- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain Akbar Academy's courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries received through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for the admissions team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Address basic queries regarding courses, fees, placements, and admission procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead management and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports on call activities and lead status.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
