Job Title: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation & Market Expansion
- Drive revenue growth through active participation in awareness programs, promotional events, and industry engagements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities at both national and international levels.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate qualified leads.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into active business opportunities.
3. Awareness Programs & Health Camps
- Plan and execute awareness initiatives and health camps to promote company offerings.
- Build strong on-ground visibility and engagement with potential customers and partners.
4. Recruitment & Network Building
- Conduct recruitment drives on behalf of the company.
- Establish and maintain relationships with institutes, colleges, and universities.
- Target final-year students as potential prospects for onboarding into the direct selling ecosystem.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and prospective distributors.
- Represent the company in seminars, workshops, and industry forums.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
