Job Summary
We are hiring skilled and hardworking ITI Fitters for our solar and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation support, structure fitting, equipment handling, and assisting in on-site project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and fitting of solar mounting structures
- Support in solar panel installation work
- Handling tools, equipment, and site materials
- Assisting technical and electrical teams during project execution
- Reading and following basic site drawings/instructions
- Ensuring safety and quality standards at site
- Maintenance and repair support when required
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI Certification (Fitter Trade Preferred)
- 12th Pass or Diploma
- Basic technical and fitting knowledge required
- Willingness to work on field/site locations
- Teamwork and discipline required
