Job Title: Store Manager (Inventory Management)

Reports To: Operations / Supply Chain Head
Job Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible primarily for inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, and smooth material movement. The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations
Maintain accurate records of stock (inward & outward)
Monitor stock levels and inform concerned teams for replenishment
Ensure proper storage, stacking, and material handling
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits
Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams
Ensure proper documentation of GRN, delivery challans, and stock registers
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area
Identify slow-moving or excess stock and report to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
Basic knowledge of inventory control practices
