Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- MBA in HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from the hiring manager.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers (MIS).
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or lateral hiring.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
