Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU with oncology-related conditions.
- Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient condition including vital signs, neurologic status, pain, fluid balance, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and manage ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors and other life-support systems.
Emergency & Critical Interventions
- Respond promptly to emergencies, initiate resuscitation or stabilization protocols and assist in advanced procedures.
- Coordinate with medical team during critical clinical situations.
Support & Communication
- Provide emotional support and patient/family education about ICU care plans, prognosis, and procedures.
- Communicate patient status updates clearly during shift handovers and with physicians.
Documentation & Standards
- Maintain accurate, complete and timely clinical records.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control standards (e.g., asepsis, biomedical waste), and ICU protocols.
Teamwork
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, respiratory therapists, pharmacists and other nursing staff to implement care plans.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
