Job Summary:
Operator to operate primarily focus on running, monitoring, and controlling all production equipment and processes to ensure safety and efficiency and handle daily production
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation & Monitoring: Start up and shut down the RO system, adjust valves and pumps, and monitor control panels, pressure gauges, and flow meters.
- Water Quality Control: Conduct regular water testing (TDS, pH, turbidity) to ensure compliance with standards and adjust chemical doses (coagulants, anti-scalants) accordingly.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning filters, replacing membranes, and ensuring pumps and blowers are working efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed daily logs of operational data, water quality results, and chemical usage.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and repair mechanical, electrical, or instrumental malfunctions in the RO system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in water treatment plants, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), or Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
- Knowledge: Understanding of RO membrane technology, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and ability to keep accurate records.
