About the Role
The Content & SEO Strategist is the architect of the company's long-term organic growth. This role owns the content calendar, SEO strategy, and thought leadership program — building a compounding inbound engine that attracts, educates, and converts the right audience. You are both a strategist and a hands-on creator who loves data as much as storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy targeting 50 high-intent keywords in the top 10 within 6 months.
- Own the content calendar — producing 12–16 high-quality assets per month (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos).
- Drive 50% organic traffic growth within 6 months through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Build a thought leadership program including guest posts, podcasts, and industry publications.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create launch content, comparison pages, and competitor landing pages.
- Track and report content-attributed MQLs, targeting 25% of total MQL volume from organic content.
- Manage freelance writers and agencies to scale content output without sacrificing quality.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of content marketing and SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Deep knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms.
- Experience managing content workflows and external contributors.
