This role drives sales execution and customer growth within assigned territories/accounts by implementing strategic plans, achieving sales and profitability targets, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. It involves managing pricing, promotions, and distributor performance, ensuring excellence at the point of sale, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and optimize market execution.
- Drive sales execution and achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.

Manage existing customers and acquire new ones to support business growth.

Develop and implement customer‑specific action plans and long‑term partnerships.

Coordinate with KAM, sales, and technical teams to address priorities and resolve issues.

Execute pricing, promotions, and market activation strategies.

Manage distributor teams/third‑party representatives and ensure strong market execution.

Conduct regular field and store visits to monitor performance and identify gaps.
- Minimum 6 Years of experience in Sales and Business Development

B. Tech from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institute also MBA is preferred
