Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team in a machine manufacturing environment. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, maintaining sales records, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information related to machinery and equipment.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and dispatch departments to monitor order status and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, payments, and delivery updates.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, order status reports, and monthly performance summaries for management review.
- Support the sales team in organizing meetings, customer visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate after-sales service requests and communicate customer concerns to the relevant departments.
- Track pending orders and proactively address delays or issues affecting customer commitments.
- Assist in preparing export documentation and coordinating with freight agents when applicable.
- Maintain effective communication between customers and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
