Job Description:
Responsible for managing pharmaceutical sales operations in the Gujarat region, achieving regional sales targets, and leading the sales team. The role includes developing sales strategies, monitoring field activities, building relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and stockists, and expanding market presence. The candidate will guide and support Sales Executives/Medical Representatives, track market trends and competitor activities, ensure product availability, and submit regular performance reports to senior management. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are required.

- Knowledge of the Mumbai pharmaceutical market will be an advantage
