Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to drive branch performance, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office, counselors, therapists, and nursing staff.
- Achieve monthly consultation, treatment, and revenue targets.
- Monitor patient conversions, follow-ups, and overall branch performance.
- Ensure outstanding patient care and a premium customer experience.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions and clinic growth.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and compliance with clinic protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, productivity, and inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic clinic, dermatology clinic, wellness center, or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in handling patient consultations, treatment coordination, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary
₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
