Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1+ years of recruitment experience in the travel industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring and should be comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of recruitment experience in the travel industry.
- Experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT domains is mandatory.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with bulk hiring and niche hiring.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRMS tools.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
