Academic Counselor
Experience - Upto 2 Years (Relevant Experience in the same field)
Age - 22 to 32 yrs
Eligibility - Degree and above
Package - Best in industry + Incentives
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Handle student inquiries and conversion.
2. Assisting students in career planning and understanding educational pathways.
3. Provide academic counseling and career guidance to students and parents.
4. Explain course details, certifications and career opportunities clearly.
5. Perform outbound calls, follow-ups and walk-in counseling sessions.
6. Achieve monthly admission targets and revenue goals.
7. Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting.
8. Conduct seminars, webinars and promotional activities.
9. Build strong relationship with students for long-term engagement.
*Eligibility Criteria*
1. Graduate and above.
2. Excellent communication and listening skill.
3. Minimum 1 year experience as Academic Counselor or Education Consultant.
4. Experience in training institutes, colleges, education field preferred.
5. Strong sales mindset and convincing ability.
