Job Deliverables – Assistant Manager – Business Development (Exports)
Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Business Development (Exports) will be responsible for
driving international sales, expanding global market presence, and developing
strategic relationships with overseas clients for plastic container products. The role
involves identifying new business opportunities, managing export operations, and
ensuring sustainable revenue growth across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international
markets for plastic containers and packaging solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and
channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, customer needs, and
competitive landscape.
- Prepare and execute export sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Handle end-to-end export sales cycle including inquiries, quotations,
negotiations, order finalization, and closure.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure
timely order execution and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation,
and shipping procedures
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to
promote the company’s products.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business
growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue generation.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International
Business, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in export sales/business development, preferably in
plastic manufacturing or packaging industry
- Proven track record of achieving international sales targets
Key Deliverables:
- Strong understanding of export markets and international trade practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of export documentation and logistics processes
- Market analysis and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
