- Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, and coordinate table allocations alongside the host staff.
- Provide detailed information on the menu, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage listings.
- Suggest food & beverage pairings, specials, and desserts to maximize the restaurant's average check size.
- Handle guest complaints, delays, or order errors calmly and tactfully on the spot.
- Check on guests during their meal to gather feedback and share insights with the kitchen and management.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily targets, allocated sections, and kitchen updates.
- Delegate tasks to waiters, stewards, and bus personnel to ensure a seamless service flow.
- Train and mentor junior on table etiquettes, food safety, and restaurant procedures.
- Coordinate directly with the kitchen team to ensure accurate timing and presentation of food orders.
- Take accurate orders, input data into the Point of Sale (POS) system, generate bills, and process payments smoothly.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an F&B service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior-waiter capacity.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
