Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Head Butler to oversee and deliver exceptional personalized service in a luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will lead the butler team, ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, and maintain impeccable service quality while managing daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the butler team.
- Ensure guests receive personalized, professional, and discreet service at all times.
- Welcome VIP guests and oversee their check-in, stay, and departure experience.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate butler staff to maintain luxury service standards.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure all guest preferences are recorded and fulfilled.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling guest information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private residences, or premium hospitality, including leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and etiquette.
