- Own Facebook & Instagram lead-gen campaigns for Innovacio Technology
- Ideal for someone who's driven B2B pipeline for Tech/IT/SaaS/Software/AI companies
- Experience targeting US & European markets required
- Independent, remote, part-time role
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta campaigns end-to-end
- Run B2B lead-gen targeting US & European markets
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage budgets, bidding, and targeting
- Track CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS
- Fix underperforming campaigns, report results
- Work with sales to improve lead quality and close rates
What You Bring
What You Bring:
- 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience (required)
- Prior Tech/IT/SaaS/Software/AI company experience (required)
- US/Europe campaign experience (mandatory)
- B2B lead-gen track record — not B2C/e-commerce
- Strong with Meta Ads Manager: retargeting, lookalikes, lead-gen campaigns
- Data-driven decision making
- Can work independently
- Proof of past results/case studies
Compensation
Base: ₹8,000–₹25,000/month (part-time)
Performance bonus: ₹40,000 for every successful conversion, per the company's conversion verification criteria
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
