ELENO is a fast-growing Engineering EdTech company dedicated to developing India's next generation of Core Engineering professionals in domains such as CAE, Crashworthiness, LS-DYNA, Multiphysics, EV Safety, Defence Engineering, and Human Safety Engineering.
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Brand Marketing Manager who can build ELENO into a leading and trusted brand among Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Core Engineering students and professionals across India.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Building & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand-building strategies.
- Strengthen ELENO's visibility and positioning in the Engineering Education market.
- Plan and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing campaigns.
- Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and growth channels.
Offline & Traditional Marketing
- Manage Print Advertising campaigns in newspapers, magazines, and educational publications.
- Plan and execute Radio Advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate Outdoor Advertising activities including hoardings, transit media, and branding installations.
- Liaise with media houses, advertising agencies, printers, and external vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize media investments.
Event & Community Marketing
- Promote workshops, seminars, technical events, webinars, and industry programs.
- Coordinate campus branding activities across engineering colleges and universities.
- Represent ELENO at exhibitions, conferences, career fairs, and industry events.
- Build strong engagement within engineering communities and professional networks.
Digital & Integrated Marketing
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across online and offline channels.
- Support development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with content, design, and business development teams.
Market Research & Analytics
- Understand the aspirations, challenges, and learning needs of engineering students and professionals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and brand awareness metrics.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports and recommendations.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Marketing Management.
- Has hands-on experience with Print Media, Radio Advertising, Outdoor Advertising, Events, and Brand Campaigns.
- Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Can independently plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Is creative, energetic, and passionate about brand building.
- Has experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, Engineering Products, or Technical Services (preferred).

- Establish ELENO as a recognized brand among Core Engineering students and professionals.
- Increase awareness and engagement across Maharashtra and other key markets.
- Successfully execute impactful offline and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build strong brand recall through print, radio, outdoor media, events, and community engagement.
