Job Summary
Vanamo is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Commi 1 to assist the kitchen team in food preparation and daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, maintain hygiene standards, and support senior chefs during service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in basic food preparation and mise en place
- Cut, clean, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
- Support senior chefs during kitchen operations and service hours
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations
- Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients
- Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Help with stock handling and kitchen organization
- Perform additional duties assigned by senior chefs
Pay: ₹10,086.29 - ₹25,148.60 per month
