Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Relationship Executive to connect with qualified leads, explain our company and program details, build strong customer relationships, and convert leads into successful enrollments/sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact qualified leads provided by the company.
- Explain company services, programs, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management and sales.
- Ability to handle calls professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage.

Qualification:
- PUC / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Languages known:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
