Role Overview
We’re looking for album designers who can transform raw photos into beautifully crafted, clean, and premium photobooks. This role combines photo editing, layout design, storytelling, and client personalization.
About TinyBooks
TinyBooks is a premium luxury photobook brand, primarily focused on travel albums, with select projects across weddings, baby albums, and custom gifting. We’re building a design-first brand that values minimalism, storytelling, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance photos (color correction, consistency, basic retouching)
- Design clean, minimal, and premium album layouts
- Curate photo selections to create strong visual flow and storytelling
- Add thoughtful, subtle captions (using tools like ChatGPT/Pinterest if needed)
- Personalize albums based on client inputs and preferences
- Collaborate with clients to refine albums and incorporate feedback
- Maintain consistency with TinyBooks’ design language and quality standards
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience (freshers welcome)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign and Canva
- Strong sense of design, spacing, and minimal aesthetics
- Good eye for photo selection and storytelling
- Basic understanding of captions and tone (not overly cheesy or cluttered)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a premium brand style
Bonus: CorelDraw experience
Role Details
- Full-time (10 AM – 7 PM, 6 days/week)
- Hybrid Setup (Tue-Wed-Thurs in Office @ Indiranagar)
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Additional per-album incentives after 3-month probation

- Do you have your own Laptop / Desktop Setup and what are the specs for it (RAM, Storage) - To qualify for a remote role you need your own setup and be able to process/edit 200-300 photos easily.
