Job Overview : As a Study Abroad Recruitment Officer , you will serve as the premier point of contact for aspiring students and their parents. You will guide candidates through the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle—from profile evaluation and country selection to admission submissions and visa procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Counseling: Deliver top-tier, personalized counseling sessions to prospective students and parents regarding global university programs, admission criteria, fees, and career pathways
- Lead Conversion & Retention: Proactively engage with incoming inquiries via calls, virtual webinars, and in-person desk meetings to build trust and meet monthly registration goals.
- Support enrolment-related coordination and student experience initiatives
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any stream is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in the EdTech or E-learning sector.
- Domain Expertise: Prior hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Overseas Education Counseling / Study Abroad Sector
- Inside Sales / Academic Advising
- Student Engagement & Support Services
- Course Admissions & Enrollment Management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
