Key Responsibilities
PLC Programming and troubleshooting.
Maintenance of CNC, VMC, SPM and other production machinery.
Electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
Machine commissioning and process improvement.
HMI and Servo System Programming.
Additional Skills
Poka-Yoke implementation.
Cost reduction and productivity improvement.
New machine development and electrical wiring.
Breakdown analysis and root cause implementation.
Experience Required
5–7 years in an Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
