About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Integrated Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end production and execution of experiential marketing projects, ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with clients, internal cross-functional teams, and external production partners to bring creative ideas to life while ensuring smooth project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end integrated production for experiential and corporate events.
- Coordinate with Client Services, Creative, Finance, vendors, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan production schedules, logistics, budgets, and execution timelines.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, costing, and overall production quality.
- Oversee fabrication, materials, and on-ground event execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production challenges with practical, solution-oriented thinking.
- Travel as required for project planning and event execution.
What We're Looking For
- 7–12 years of experience in integrated production with a reputed experiential or event management agency.
- Strong understanding of event production, fabrication, materials, logistics, and execution.
- Proven experience in vendor management, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent planning, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
