Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage waitstaff to ensure they deliver high-quality service.
- Coordinate dining service and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle any guest complaints or special requests with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain service standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and functions.
