We’re Hiring: Operations Executive (US Shift)

We’re building a high-quality custom cushion brand, and we’re looking for someone who can own the flow of orders end-to-end and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
This role is not just operations, it’s about being the bridge between what the customer wants and what gets delivered.
What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of orders once they are confirmed
- Create detailed order confirmation files capturing every customer requirement
- Ensure absolute clarity on dimensions, fabrics, and customizations
- Act as the single point of coordination between customer & production
- Communicate clearly with customers to resolve gaps or missing details
- Translate customer requirements into precise instructions for the production team
- Stay connected with the customer throughout the entire order lifecycle
- Track progress, follow up proactively, and ensure smooth execution
- Maintain and track records of all order and related metrics
- Ensure timely completion of orders, excellent customer service and seek proper feedback from customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is extremely detail-oriented (this is critical)
- Strong written & spoken English communication
- Comfortable working on Google Sheets
- Basic ability to use Paint or similar tools for simple visuals
- High ownership mindset, you take responsibility and follow things through
- Ability to manage multiple orders without losing clarity
