Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Planning & Instruction
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate Hindi lessons for Classes I–V, following guidelines.
- Teach Hindi reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and oral communication skills.
- Use interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, role play, and multimedia resources.
- Encourage students to express themselves confidently in Hindi.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Design and administer tests, quizzes, assignments, and oral assessments.
- Assess students’ comprehension, writing, and language usage skills regularly.
- Maintain accurate academic records and prepare progress reports.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate performance to parents/guardians.
Classroom Management
- Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and active engagement in lessons.
- Address behavioral and learning challenges appropriately.
Student Development
- Support social, emotional, and language development of students.
- Organize activities such as storytelling sessions, poetry recitations, and cultural events.
- Identify students needing extra help and provide remedial support.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi, Hindi Literature, or Education (B.Ed.) with Hindi specialization.
- Experience teaching Hindi at primary/elementary level (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of primary Hindi curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
