Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, CLRA, and other labour laws
Coordinate employee engagement and grievance handling
Prepare HR reports and maintain statutory registers
Support performance management and exit formalities
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, MBA (HR), or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with good knowledge may also apply)
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
