1) Transformation BA with good experience into any of the Banking domains. Prefer good background in Global delivery of data projects and awareness of banking systems and ways of operating is highly desirable. Knowledge of analytics/ data/ wealth project experience would be beneficial but not mandatory
2) Strong PM skills with good demonstrated ability to drive and deliver large-scale, end-to-end projects. Project management experience in banking or financial services. Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies and Data experience (desirable but not mandatory). Strong communication skills and delivery focussed Business Transformation project experience
3) Essential Requirements:- Strong core PM skills and Agile/PI planning hands-on experience - this is the primary and non-negotiable requirement.
Banking domain exposure - this is the preferred second option if a candidate with both strong PM skills and wealth domain knowledge cannot be found.
Desired Requirements: Capital markets knowledge, specifically brokerage or trade lifecycle experience preferred - as this would be the best combination of core skill plus domain skill.
If capital markets knowledge is not available, banking domain experience would be acceptable as a secondary option
4) A senior GCB 5 PM with delivery management experience to support Channels delivery and implementation. Strong background in any Retail banking domain preferably Channels. Ability to manage cross functional teams ensuring alignment between project outcomes and business objectives. Good Stakeholder management to engage with senior leadership, operations and technology teams. Strong Jira skills, and global delivery experience (multi-market working model) is preferred. Awareness of HSBC systems and early-joiner is desirable.
