Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer with a passion for software quality. The ideal candidate will help ensure the robustness and reliability of our technical solutions by designing and maintaining automated testing strategies, working closely with developers and product managers to meet high standards of compliance, accuracy, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API-based applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.
- Execute and analyze test results, report bugs, and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
- Set up and maintain test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright.).
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Perform regression, performance, and integration testing as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA with at least 2 years in automation testing.
- Proficient in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with tools like Postman, Swagger or RestAssured.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure).
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., ADO test management).
- Knowledge of QA practices in secure, compliance-driven environments.
