Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter – Non-IT to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees for the Facility Management industry. The role requires end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, bulk hiring, and the ability to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for both blue-collar positions (Housekeeping Staff, Stewards, etc.) and white-collar positions (Supervisors, Managers, HR, Accounts, Admin, Chefs, Executive Assistants, and other corporate roles).
- Understand client hiring requirements and prepare sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment drives, and internal databases.
- Conduct candidate screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements while ensuring timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection, offer, and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain quality hiring standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in the Facility Management, Hospitality, Staffing, or Manpower Consultancy industry.
- Proven experience in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹19,348.56 - ₹25,964.16 per month
