- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and market outreach.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
