Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Consultative Selling
- Understand client business processes, pain points, and operational requirements.
- Recommend suitable software solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and business value.
Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Work closely with implementation and support teams for successful onboarding.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on software industry trends, SaaS technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Product Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide consultative solutions.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software, SaaS, or technology sales.
- Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, ATS, CRM, ERP, AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud Solutions, or Enterprise Applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of solution-selling and consultative sales methodologies is an advantage.
Pay: ₹514,645.19 - ₹1,673,589.48 per year
