About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1–4 years of experience creating visual assets for digital platforms. The role requires an understanding of design fundamentals, brand consistency, and creative execution for international clients, including the USA, UK, and Canada.
You will work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to design creatives that support branding, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns
- Create visual assets such as banners, posts, thumbnails, and basic infographics
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colors, and typography
- Collaborate with content writers and social media managers for campaign creatives
- Revise designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines
- Organize and maintain design files and assets
- Ensure designs are optimized for different digital platforms
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing
- Ability to understand briefs and translate them into visuals
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
- Familiarity with ad creatives for Google and social platforms
- Understanding of design optimization for engagement
