Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Explain services/products to customers in Hindi.
- Handle customer queries and provide information.
- Maintain call records and follow up with leads.
- Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
