Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
- Prepare daily reports and complete shift handover documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera).
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office & Should know IDS
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
