Kindergarten / Early Childhood Educator
We are seeking passionate educators who bring a patient, caring, and child-led approach to early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster foundational exploration, critical thinking, and confidence using child-centric philosophies.
- Design a warm, engaging classroom environment that aligns with our premium pedagogical standards.
- Communicate effectively with young learners and collaborate with parents to support individual development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS/MACTE preferred) or a background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) / Child Psychology.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Kindergarten or Pre-Primary teaching.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English and Malayalam; strong classroom management capabilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
