We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production In-Charge / Production Supervisor for our toughened glass processing plant. The candidate should have prior experience in any production plant, manufacturing unit, or factory environment. The role involves supervising production activities, managing manpower, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating shift operations.
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as the plant operates 24 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in the glass processing plant
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of orders
- Manage machine operators and production workers efficiently
- Ensure proper quality control during all production stages
- Maintain production reports and shift records
- Coordinate with maintenance, dispatch, and quality teams
- Ensure safety procedures and factory discipline are followed
- Reduce production downtime and improve productivity
- Train and guide workers when required
- Handle shift operations independently
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in any production plant, factory, or manufacturing industry
- Experience in glass processing industry is an added advantage
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Ability to manage workers and production schedules
- Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and night shifts

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
