1. Patient Assistance
- Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services.
- Help with appointments, admissions, and discharges.
- Assist international or outstation patients with their requirements.
2. Customer Service
- Address patient complaints and concerns.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and coordinate solutions with hospital departments
3. Coordination
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Facilitate communication regarding treatment schedules and hospital policies.
4. Public Relations & Marketing
- Maintain the hospital's public image.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of patient queries and complaints.
- Prepare daily or monthly reports on patient relations activities.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (Tamil, English, and other local languages are often preferred).
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital management systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in healthcare management, social work, or public relations are often preferred.
- Experience in hospital administration or customer service is an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹39,559.34 per month
