Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate new business opportunities for our E-Learning solutions. The candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, social media, and cold calling.
- Research and maintain a database of prospective clients from corporate, educational, and government sectors.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Attend industry events, seminars, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience in the E-Learning, EdTech, LMS, HRTech, or Software industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.
