Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic relationships with educational institutions, corporates, training partners, and industry associations. The role involves identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating collaborations, and driving business growth through institutional and corporate tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners including colleges, universities, coaching institutes, corporates, and training organizations.
· Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
· Build strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, L&D Managers, Placement Officers, Training & Placement Cells, and Academic Leaders.
· Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings with prospective partners.
· Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and partner onboarding.
· Drive corporate training, bulk enrollment, and workforce upskilling opportunities.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
· Monitor partnership performance and identify growth opportunities.
· Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and closures in CRM systems.
· Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, and networking forums.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
· MBA preferred.
· Prior experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Corporate Training, SaaS, or Learning & Development solutions.
· Existing network within colleges, universities, or corporate HR/L&D departments is an advantage.

Compensation
· Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.
