We are hiring an Academic Counselor to guide students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to counsel and support students throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Follow up with leads and support admissions
- Maintain student records and follow-up details
- Achieve counseling and enrollment target
Requirements:
0 – 2 years of experience in counseling/admissions (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counseling and follow-up abilities
Basic computer knowledge
