Property Doctor
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Update CRM systems with customer details and call outcomes.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Fluency in English and local language(Hindi) preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
